How do I place an order?

Please indicate your cart item summary to me by Whatsapp to 93201991 together with payment proof! Once you receive an acknowledgement message from us, it means your order is being processed and further details will be provided accordingly.

When is the deadline to place an order?

We do daily ordering from our suppliers. If you are looking to get your order the next day, please place your order before 2pm. Except for orders placed on Sunday, you will receive your items on Tuesday.

Can I place a special order?

If you are referring to ordering in bulk or large quantities, do feel free to contact us at +65 9320 1991.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation of orders:

If you need to cancel an order, it should be done three {3} hours before the cut-off time (12.00PM) on the same day of delivery through phone +65 93201991.

Refund amount will be 50% of the total purchase price.
